GoReefers bookings is a managed booking service that secures space with shipping lines on behalf of exporters, including ad hoc and out-of-cycle arrangements that standard booking channels cannot accommodate.

Getting space is one thing. Getting the right space, on the right vessel and under the right conditions is what matters.
GoReefers works directly with shipping lines to secure and manage bookings from the initial request through to loading. We keep track of vessel schedules, temperature requirements and changes along the way, helping keep your shipment on plan when packhouse schedules or sailing dates change.
And when a shipment needs something outside the usual booking process, we look for a solution. We don’t believe in simply saying no because a shipment doesn’t fit the standard process.

How do I book a shipment with GoReefers?
Contact the GoReefers team by phone or email with your commodity, volume, origin, destination and required shipping window, and a booking will be placed with the appropriate line. Existing clients can also manage bookings through the Root2Go platform.
Can GoReefers arrange a booking at short notice?
Yes. Short-notice and out-of-cycle shipments are handled as special ad hoc arrangements, negotiated directly with the shipping line.
Does the booking include the temperature setting for reefer cargo?
Yes. The booking specifies the equipment type and the temperature regime required for the commodity, so the container is set correctly before the cargo is loaded.
